Ich war mit der Creazy January Challenge ganz schön beschäftigt und hatte wenig Zeit um an den WIP's zu arbeiten. Ein Blätter an der Ilex Decke habe ich gestichelt.

The Crazy January Challenge kept me busy since New Year - so there wasn't that much progress on my actual WIP's. I stitched a few leaves on the Ilex tablecloth:

Crazy January Challenge Day 8 - Snowflake Serenade

Heute ging es mit dem Sticken schon viel besser und ich habe das untere Ende von der "Snowflake Serenade" von Country Cottage Needlework geschafft.

I felt better today and was able to stitch the bottom line of the "snowflake serenade" by Country Cottage Needlework.

Crazy January Challenge Day 7 - Peace and Quiet

Leider haben die Nebenwirkungen der Antibiotika, die nehmen mußte, gestern abend die Stickarbeit behindert. Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten scharf zu sehen und mußte nach ein paar Stichen aufgeben. Es ist das kleine Bild "Peace and Quiet" von Erica Michaels.

I had to take Anitbiotics last week and some sideeffects from these pills are problems with the eyes. I couldn't focus yesterday and had to give up after a few stitches. This is going to be the small picture "Peace and Quiet" by Erica Michaels.

Crazy January Challenge Day 1 - Konstantinopel Hamam Mandala

Die größte Herausforderung am Tag 1: Konstantinople Hamam Mandala von Chatelaine. 365 x 365 Stiche ist das Bild groß, das sind 133.225 Kreuzstiche, bzw Perlen. Das fertige Bild hat eine Größe von 66 x 66 cm und wird zwischen türkischen Fayencetellern meine Schlafzimmerwand zieren.


The biggest challenge on Day 1: Konstantinople Hamam Mandala from Chatelaine. It contains 365 X365 stitches, that are 133.225 crosses or beads. The finished design is 21,6 x 21,6 inches. It will be surrounded by turkish fayence plates decorate my bedroom wall.
